Pressurizing water
Pressurization systems increase water pressure. Thanks to the higher pressure, water is guaranteed to all the users, where the mains pressure is insufficient. Designed with one or more electric pumps, depending on the need for use, pressurization systems allow to supply water at a chosen pressure, limiting the number of starts of the pump.
Many irrigation systems, for civil and industrial use, are also equipped with pressure switch for running and stopping and include an expansion tank. Elentek control panels integrate seamlessly into these systems, bringing control and security.
The types of pressurization

Does the pressurization or irrigation system include a pressure switch located on the delivery side of the system and a level control with probes in the collection basin? Elentek panels, communicating with both elements, activate or deactivate the pump after receiving the signal indicating the presence or absence of water.
Pressurization/irrigation with pressure switch and dry run without probes
The electronic control of minimum current or minimum power factor (cos-fi) in Elentek panels allows detecting whether the pump is delivering water or not: these features are ideal for pressurization/irrigation with pressure switch and dry run without probes.
Pressurization with pressure switches and dry run protection with float switches
If the water pressurization system includes a pressure switch on the delivery side and a float switch inside the collection basin, Elentek panels activate or deactivate the pump based on the signals they receive.
Pressurization/irrigation with 4-20mA sensor and dry run without probes
Elentek panels integrate with pressurization/irrigation systems using a sensor and dry run without probes: after programming the panel with the parameters and thresholds, the electronic pressure sensor, placed on the system's delivery side, sends the signal to activate or deactivate the pump. The electronic control of minimum current or minimum power factor (cos-fi) in the Elentek panels allows detecting whether the pump is delivering water and may block the operation if necessary.
Riempimento con galleggiante e marcia a secco senza sonde
Riempire una vasca di acqua per riutilizzarla in un secondo momento: se l’impianto prevede il galleggiante e la marcia a secco senza sonde, il quadro Elentek si attiva quando il galleggiante spia dà il consenso. Il controllo elettronico della minima corrente o il minimo cos-fi, caratteristiche di alcuni quadri Elentek, riescono invece a percepire se la pompa sta erogando acqua: se non è così, il quadro viene bloccato.
Riempimento serbatoio con sonde e marcia a secco con galleggiante
L'impianto prevede una piccola cisterna per raccogliere acqua da riutilizzare in seguito? Elentek suggerisce quadri che si interfacciano con sonde di livello per la gestione del riempimento della cisterna e che prevedono un galleggiante, posto nel bacino di raccolta, per la protezione della pompa contro la marcia a secco.
Riempimento serbatoio con galleggianti e marcia a secco con sonde
Se l’impianto di riempimento prevede un galleggiante sulla cisterna da riempire e un controllo di livello a sonde, i quadri Elentek permettono il controllo. Il galleggiante, collegato al quadro Elentek, dà il consenso di attivare la pompa per il riempimento, mentre il controllo di livello a sonde dà il segnale della presenza o meno di acqua.
